Class Times: 5am (Amanda), 10am (Micki), 4pm (Micki), 5pm (Micki), 6pm (Angela), 7pm (Heather)

Strength:

Clean & Jerk

  • EM(1:30)OM for 6 Sets
  • 1 x 3-Stop* Clean
  • 1 x Split Jerk

*3-Stops are:

  • Hover (barely lift the weight off the ground)
  • Hang right over the knee
  • High hang bar at hip
  • Stop for 3 seconds at each position, and then Squat Clean from the high hang position, then Split Jerk

WOD:

  • 4 Rounds
  • 800m Run
  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Pull-ups

Time cap – 25min
