  • Calculate from 90% of 1RM

WOD:

  • 12 Deadlifts (185/135)
  • 14 Toes to Bar
  • 16/10 Push-Ups

Then

2 Rounds

  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 24 Sit-Ups
  • 36/20 Push-Ups
