Warm-up:

  • 3 rounds
  • 10 Situps, 10 push-ups, 10 plate squats
  • Stretch/Roll-out 5 min

Strength:

  • Bench Press
  • 5 @ 40, 50, 60, 65, 65, 70%

WOD:

AMRAP in 12:00

  • 5 GHD Sit-ups
  • 10 OH Squats (95/65)
  • 20 Sandbag Side Pull-Throughs
