Partner WOD:

Row 1000m (500 ea)

then 3 Rounds of

  • 20 Partner Wall Balls
  • 20 Partner Wall Ball Sit-ups

then Row 1000m (500 ea)

Divide rowing between partners as desired, then Wall Ball movements are done together, then divide end rowing as in the beginning.
