Class Times: 8:45am Barbell Club (Angela/Kenny), 10am WOD (Micki)

Barbell Club:

  • Front or Back Squat
  • Olympic lift of your choice

WOD Warm-up:

  • 20 Partner back to back Wall Ball twists
  • 20 Partner wall ball squats (P1 does sq w/WB, then hands off to P2)
  • Partner shuttle race

Partner WOD:

AMRAP in 15:00

  • 5 Tire Flips
  • 20 K2E
  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 200m Partner Farmer Carry (53/35 x2 – switch off who carries DBs)
