  • Calc from 90% of 1RM

WOD:

  • 4 Power Snatch (95/65)
  • 5 Back Squats (95/65)
  • 6 Backrack Step-Back Lunges (95/65)
  • 10 Plank Sandbag Side Pull-throughs
  • Use same bar for all movements.

Mobility:

  • 5-10 min
  • Stretch Legs, Back
