What Is the Whole Life Challenge?

The Whole Life Challenge is a 6-week, habit-changing game that encourages you to create a fitter, happier, healthier lifestyle.
The new Challenge will start January 20th and run through March 2nd.

How does it work?

Playing alongside your teammates via mobile or desktop, you’ll score points for following seven key habits of health and well-being. Your efforts will be aided by the WLC daily videos and articles, and after 6 weeks, you’ll leave with a lasting (and positive) outlook on your fitness, your mindset, and your daily relationship with life.

Why Join Rain City’s Team?

The owner and coaches participate in the Challenge with you – and it works! We give daily support, great food guidance and one-on-one help on how to get started and stay on track. On the last Challenge, we lost significant weight, gained muscle, and created better habits around the 7 Daily Habits.

The workout programming at Rain City CrossFit takes the 6-week challenge into account and we do a gym-based Goal-Setting exercise. Besides the other, great Whole Life Challenge resources, we have our own Facebook group where we share recipes, stories and lamentations.

How do I sign up?

  1. Go to the Whole Life Challenge site, enter your info and join the Rain City CrossFit team!
  2. Choose from Kickstart, Lifestyle or Performance diets
  3. Payment
    • Late Registration:                       Jan 4 – Jan 31:   $49.00
    • Early Registration:                     Nov 25 – Jan 3:  $39.00
    • Early Returning Player Reg: Nov 16 – Jan 3:  $29.00
