Warm-up:

  • 100 Flutterkicks
  • 2:00 Plank
  • Full Barbell warm-up

Strength:

Clean & Jerk

  • Every 2:00:
  • 4+4 @ 50, 60, 70, 75, 80 (or work up to your WOD weight)
  • 4 C&J in 0:30 is equiv to ~3:45 Grace (see link)

  • Work on timing and going directly to Jerk from Clean catch
