Warm-up:

  • 500m Row, then
  • 2 Rounds
  • 10 light KBS
  • 10 Push-ups

Partner WOD:

Between Partners, Accumulate :

  • 10000/8000 lbs Ground to Overhead
  • 5000/4000m Row or Run

One partner RowsRuns while other Lifts.

Can switch at any time, but both can’t do same activity at same time.
